Cancellation & Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

We do our very best to create delightful baked goods that are handcrafted with care. However, there may be times where we don’t meet those expectations. In the unlikely event that you’re unhappy with your Coco Nola’s purchase, please let us know about the issue within 48 hours and then return the uneaten portion to our location within three business days of receipt of your product.

Refunds are not available in situations where the product was baked correctly but the flavor or texture didn’t meet a personal preference. If you have a question about flavor, texture, or other product features- please reach out to us ahead of time and we will be glad to help you find the treat that’s right for you!

Full or parietal refunds and store credit are determined on a case-by-case basis. However, we aim to always have you leave happy. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be aware that we are unable to cancel orders with less than 24 hours notice. In some, but not all cases, it may be possible for us to offer full or partial store credit for a future purchase in the event of a cancellation. 

 

Delivery Cancellation or Delays

We cannot always predict the weather; however, in cases where inclement weather is anticipated or is underway (such as severe snow storms, icy conditions, etc.) orders will not be available for delivery during those times to ensure that both the product and our staff arrive at the destination safely.

  •  Pick-up will still be available at the buyer’s discretion if desired.
  • Alternatively, if items have not been prepared yet, we are more than willing to deliver on another date (either before or after poor weather has passed).
  •  If we are unable to fulfill your order delivery and buyer pick-up is not an option, we will gladly honor either a full refund or store credit.
